My Objective

I understand that buying or selling a property is a major decision and it can be very overwhelming in many aspects. My objective is to guide you through the process from end-to-end, tailored to fit your specific needs, and making your sale and/or purchase as effective, successful, and stress-free as possible.

Personal

After many years in the corporate world holding mid-senior level management positions, I decided to pursue Real Estate, something I long had a passion for. My professional experiences provided me with the opportunity to develop very strong skills in the areas of communications, problem resolution, decision making, thoroughness, planning and organizing, sales/negotiation and customer service. I appreciate the importance of understanding my client’s needs and expectations to ensure a successful transaction, and keeping my clients in the loop by communicating with them regularly throughout the process.

I have established my business based on successful sales, a strong foundation of referrals and repeat clients, established relationships with other Real Estate Professionals, and a strong network of professionals that support the real estate transaction process (lenders, lawyers, inspectors, stagers, cleaners, etc.).

A successful award winning Realtor® with over 7 years full-time experience in Ottawa, and the Ottawa Valley region.

I am a member of the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA), Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), and the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO). In and around town I am a member of the Ottawa Real Estate Board (OREB), and the Metcalfe Curling Club.

Qualifications

I am a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Professional Project Manager (PMP). I hold a Bachelor of Science from the University of Calgary, and I am trained and certified to be a Realtor® and Real Estate Broker through the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) salesperson registration education program.
